Second-rate singer Richie Kats is either too broke or just doesn’t want to pay. Our Paps can exclusively reveal that he is too indebted. We have learnt that he promised air to his talent search winners. 

Snoops reveal the singer is in a bitter split with two winners of the
talent search event he organised late last year code named Talent 12,
after failing to pay their prize money. We hear Richie has been dodging the upcoming singers whenever they confront him for their dime, which has delayed for almost three months.

The winners intimated to us that Richie has been dilly-dallying them, instead of paying their money. They have tried all avenues to no avail, and he even
dodges their calls. Late Last year Richie decided to promote talented
singers after his failed career. He carried out auditions at Club Rouge, where he registered a large number of young talents that turned
up for the selection, from which 20 finalists were taken to a camp in
Natete for a two months’ training.

After the two months, one Flavia and Dan Lubinga emerged winners, where Flavia was slated to receive shs3m and Dan 1.5m, plus recording deals with different studios. However, word has it now that Richie blew most of the dime he was given for the project by a Germany Charity Organisation on partying with babes.
